Project management is the use of specific principles, expertise, tools and methods to execute and control a project from the engineering to the commissioning phase and then delivering it into operation. 

proE&CS Innovation created an innovative and efficient Project execution and control tool called IVWP (Installation & Verification Work Package) to support all project phases. The IVWP system was developed to combine all required information (drawings, documents, certificates, datasheet, mounting details and quality & verification record sheets) in an organized manner to support the project for the installation, inspection, quality control, testing, turnover, and commissioning.
