TurnOver

Turnover is a process that has the objective of recording in an organized and systematized technique all the installation quality, inspection results (including ATEX and NEN verifications, and punch items), and pre-tests executed prior to the Mechanical Completion of the plant and safe handover into the commissioning phase. The Turnover activities normally start per system and during construction after the specific scope is completed.  proE&CS Innovation created IVWP (Installation and Verification Work Package), an innovative and efficient system to record and turn over the scope of the project to commissioning. The IVWP system was developed to combine all required information (drawings, documents, certificates, datasheet, mounting details and quality & verification record sheets) in an organized manner to support the project for the installation, inspection, quality control, testing, turnover, and commissioning.
